Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order to the countries listed at checkout.

Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 8–15 days after shipping is confirmed. Remote areas, customs and holiday peaks can add a few days.

Tracking: you'll receive your tracking number by email when your order ships. You can follow it on our Track your order page.

Customs and duties: depending on your country, local import taxes or duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
