This website is operated by Snoozeat. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can; colors may look slightly different on screen. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Pack discounts are applied automatically in the cart.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment looks fraudulent; if so, we refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Use of the product

The Snoozeat set is a comfort accessory, not a medical device. Follow airline crew instructions, and remove it when you need to leave your seat, during taxi, take-off and landing, or whenever asked.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
